You will have to fill in the holes yourself.
A sweet little story I remembered half reading when I was younger. It was filled with adventure, humor, struggles, flashbacks, character building and a whole lot of onions

This book absolutely still hits. I hadn't read it since elementary school, but I wanted to reread the book and watch the movie before I'm a guest on a movie podcast. The upcoming theme is "Summer Reads" and we're talking about books and their movie adaptations. In my opinion, the Holes movie adaptation is one of the best ones out there. Looking forward to talking about both versions of this story and their themes like juvenile justice systems, reform, and who we put in charge of those places, as well as racism and misogyny. There's definitely a lot to unpack.
Do they actually send kids to camp-things like this?
