This was actually a really inspiring book about facing your fears and becoming your best self. I am excited and also terrified to start on my 100 day challenge to face some of my fears (& lord knows I probably have more than 100 of them if I’m honest with myself). I really loved how real the author was and how she walked us through a lot of things we already know with real life ways to put things into practice.
