Now he has escaped, leaving only two clues as to where he might be headed: Harry Potter's defeat of You-Know-Who was Black's downfall as well. And the Azkaban guards heard Black muttering in his sleep, "He's at Hogwarts . . . he's at Hogwarts."
Harry Potter isn't safe, not even within the walls of his magical school, surrounded by his friends. Because on top of it all, there may well be a traitor in their midst.

He was accused and convicted of killing thirteen people with one deadly curse. There is said to be a traitor amongst friends and Sirius is believed to be working for Voldemort. Easy 5⭐️ !! One of my favorites from the series.
As a child, this book was my favorite of the series (I think for sure within the first 4-5 books). And, while I found some problematic quotes at the beginning of the book, I still loved the adventure this book takes us on!
The characters have all grown so much and I like the storyline.

Literally such an amazing book. I love reading these to my daughter. It helps that they have the illustrated version for her but she uses her imagination mostly !! Can’t wait to start the 4th book!
Just re-read (audio)
Easily one of the best Harry Potter books, it's a personal favorite. Beginning in this book is when we see the slight change in maturity of tone, and the beginnings of a somewhat darker story than before. The plot is so beautifully written with a plot twist that I still remember changing my world the first time I read it. Re-reading it will never be boring.
