Great book! Lots of unexpected twists and turns! Futuristic dystopian-type story. Darker themes and moods at times- Part of a series
In my opinion, this book is definitely more captivating than Red Rising. I think it’s interesting that Darrow’s mindset changes in this book from “golds are evil and we want to eradicate them” to “all colors are people in the system is what is broken.” Also, in this book I found it rather annoying how Darrow treats/ views Rogue and Mustang… I did not like his perspective in that situation.
