i’m not even sure if i liked this book or not, or if i loved it. i am confused and conflicted and…curious?
If you're into dark, morally gray, and absolutely unhinged book boyfriends, God of Malice delivers all that and more. This book is a whirlwind of obsession, power plays, and tension so thick you could cut it with a knife (or a sharp tongue, which the characters definitely have).
Killian Carson is the definition of red flag but make it sexy. He’s cold, calculating, and dangerously intelligent—the kind of antihero who keeps you questioning your own sanity for rooting for him. Meanwhile, our heroine, Glyndon, is strong-willed yet drawn into his twisted world in a way that makes their dynamic addictively toxic. The tension between them? Electric. The spice? Let’s just say Rina Kent does not hold back.
This book isn’t for the faint of heart—it’s dark, intense, and filled with psychological mind games. If you love your romances on the edge of chaos with a side of WTF did I just read?, this one’s for you. But if you need your book boyfriends to be redeemable... yeah, Killian might not be your guy.
⭐ Rating: 4.5/5 for the sheer chaos and spice.
🔥 Spice Level: Scorching—reader discretion advised.
⚠️ Warnings: Lots of dark themes, so check the trigger warnings before diving in!
Love this book it is so good I couldn’t put it down
I loved how quickly Rina brought you into this world. This book is not for the faint of heart or those just getting into Dark Romance, but it was very well done. Killian is morally BLACK and Rina is very clear that he is a fucking psychopath.
I didn’t get completely engaged with this book until I was about 60% in.
Killian was difficult to like at first, but by the end I was kind of swooning for him.
There really wasn’t much going on during the book until the end.
70% and on was the most interesting to me. The book ended well.
I was having trouble staying interested in the middle.
Loved the side characters. Will be continuing the series later on in the year.
