I just finished reading the book yesterday, and it was by far one of the most intense and bizarre books I've read. I normally don't read a lot; This was actually the first book I've read in a little while. It is a very quick read with under 200 pages, but it does a very good job at grasping the concept of being a broken teenage girl who's fallen into a drug addiction. As a teenage girl myself, I felt that I related to some of the narrator's perspectives and emotions. The only reason I wouldn't rate it a 10 is because well, it's not very suitable for children and talks about sensitive topics like drugs, sex, and has lots of vulgar language. Besides that, I think it's an amazing book in the format of a journal. It's great for people who love to read and relate or read books about topics like these.
I love diaries. I couldn't put it down. So much was going on.
I feel bad for her. If she was actually a real person. I would hug her if I could.

Apparently, this is fake just-say-no propaganda, written by a “therapist” to deter teens from drugs.
It does read as such.
Disappointing and unsatisfying.
Woww... this book was one of the most depressing books i've ever read :\ but it was still pretty good.
I kind of liked this book, but a lot of it seemed a bit outdated. also, i hatee hatee ahtee how it ended!!!!!
from the other comments, i made the conclusion that if you read this as a teenager, you'll like it more than when your an adut, so i would recomend it for the teenagers.
