Girl, Interrupted

Maybe I was just crazy, or maybe I’m just a girl…interrupted

Makes me want to stay in a sanatorium for awhile.

Read in 2004? Who knows... I prefer the film, though, even though it was slightly more sensationalized.

I read this years ago and had been really disappointed. I loved the movie so much during highschool - it was the second dvd I ever owned. I read the book after, and it was my first experience (and one of the very few I've had to date) where I thought the movie was better than the book. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately for my time), I don't have any desire to re-read this one.

I read this book in 8 hours, it was addicting but I don’t remember much about it besides feeling a lot like a woman
