Felt like the book lost the plot and focussed on boning. The characters themselves didn’t have their typical pizzazz and became more boyish in a way that’s most unpleasant. The spicy scenes seemed so weirdly placed and unrealistic that it took away from the scenes all together. Which says a lot as I’m a fan of no class and all ass and I just wanted to ship over the sex scenes because it was so unrealistic and overdone they had lost all significance. The ending redeemed itself a little. If you’re hoping for book 1 vibes, they left the building.
