What in the heck did I just read???!!!! 🥴Lol. The character in this book is the true definition of delusional and unhinged. This was a first for me from this author and I will def be reading more. It was crazy but good, fast and to the point!

All I'm going to say is, Octavia Grant has a problem lol.

<spoiler>I have heard about Octavia and how she writes very unhinged characters. This felt like reading about Joe from YOU but make him a black man, or a Criminal Minds episode that was very similar. This escalated so quickly I felt like at times I couldn’t keep up because he was on to the next unhinged act. That part was done very well. I would’ve rated this book higher if it wasn’t for the one SA scene. I listened to the audiobook and don’t remember triggers being included at the beginning but this is a book that definitely should come with TWs if it doesn’t already have them. Read with caution.</spoiler>

Andrew had me on edge from the beginning. He was so unstable and the book had so many twist and turns; maybe a bit too many? It’s very fast paced so that could be it but overall I did enjoy it.

This man was unbelievably delusional. This man loved and unalived people for someone who didn’t remember meeting him. Very short read but my mouth was open the whole time as I couldn’t believe the things he did or even thought were okay.
