I saw the movie preview for Persepolis and thought it looked fantastic. While I was at the library, I picked up a few of the authors other books. Chicken with Plums was a great book (graphic novel). It's about a man in Tehran, who is a famed tar player. When his tar is broken, and he cannot find a replacement, he decides to die. The book sadly and comically covers the 8 days it takes for the man to die.
