i know this is supposed to be a slow-burn but Jahquel is keeping the momentum and i love that for all of us.
i love how Capone and Erin’s relationship is blossoming. if Capone is going to do anything else, he is going to keep it real, protect and provide for anyone in his circle. Erin who i’m sure we all considered to be a control freak in book one, has been tossed into that soft life just as Capone said he would do for her and seeing her development and willingness to adapt is heart-warming; and now we’re expectinggggg.
Nahiem, has some slight narcissistic tendencies; knowing all to well he is wrong for what he did to Capri; to keep throwing her and Kincaid in her face as if that was the reason he did what he did – it’s actually quite comical.
Ella and Tasha, i'd throw hands with both of them.
they are both egotistical and think people are supposed to bow down to them. not that I expected anything less, but I am glad Capone stuck to his boundaries with Ella, we all know how easy it is for someone to return to what’s comfortable for them and giving their history breaking it off wasn’t easy – but when Capone said he loved Erin, baby he meant that. Tasha on the other hand, just disgusting in every sense of the word and I don’t even want to waste my time on her dingy ass.
