Will Smith is a hypnotizing story teller as you are drawn into the ride of his life from the beginning to the end. This is definitely an autobiography of his emotions to success but I connected with the therapy that was attached with the guidance of Mark Manson. I found it memorizing to follow Will Smith on his journey of the stories on who he was, how he became the man he is, his journey in his love lives and his role as a parent. As for his career, I read his drive, dedication and hustle with respect; but where his ambition in fame is his definition of self worth is a roller coaster. I do have to say his treatment of women made me step back. His description and desire to have a strong powerful intellectual woman beside him but the need to control them and make sure he shines brighter was heartbreaking. To read the experiences he had in his current and former partners and to not fully acknowledge how much his ego controls everything or even give some sort of healing closure made me curious if he is aware of this area of his personality or if Mark Manson had to edit the words down and skip to a happy story so we wouldn't look too negatively on the author.

Interesting, understand him so much more. and well read by Will himself. He reads like his sitting in the room with you having a conversation.
