I have made minor but big changes to some routines in my day-to-day thought habits and am excited to see the power I have given the words in this book.
Gives precise information about the brain, emotions, environment, time, and other factors that may come into play to navigate us to limiting beliefs and to lose our mind to create a new mind. We all have the authority and the right to make changes and once we feel these things, we can create habits to continue feeling these things and bring real change to our lives. this book honestly changed my life. something you should really take your time to read as it gives you a different approach on your emotions keeping you in a psychological loop.
This book gives you all of the tools you need to become the person of your dreams! I really enjoy how the book starts with science and a breakdown of the mind, and goes into the ways in which you break old habits, and why that is so important in this process. I am a big fan of meditation, and so happy that he discusses how to do it effectively in this book. Life-changing, and one of my favorites.
