All Eyes on Him is the new psychological thriller by Iliana Xander. The book begins with our FMC Natalie visiting her best friend, Cara, in the hospital. Cara is in a coma, and it is unclear if she will recover. Natalie remembers the man Cara went home with the night before she was found unconscious at a bus stop, but doesn't know his name. Conveniently, Rachel saves the man's driver, Nick, from being hit by a car one morning while out getting coffee. They strike up a conversation, he orders himself a new coffee, and one for Rachel as well. After learning she is currently unemployed, Nick offers her a weekend catering job at his boss's estate as a way to thank her for saving his life. While waiting for her coffee, she sees a photo of the man Cara left with that fateful night and discovers he is Geoffrey Rosenberg, "Man of the Year," and CEO of IXResearch. Natalie immediately realizes that he is very wealthy and that gaining access to him will be difficult. Nick then informs her that Geoffrey is his boss. Natalie takes the catering job and proceeds to investigate Geoffrey, vowing to find out what happened to her friend and to determine whether he had any part in it. What happens next is a creepy, nail-biting ride with twists and turns that will leave your mouth hanging open!

Natalie was portrayed as somewhat haphazard and impulsive at times. She didn't feel like the police were doing enough, so she took matters into her own hands. She put herself in a very dangerous situation when she took the job at Geoffrey's estate, and she did a few things that could have ended very badly for her. She was a loyal friend, however, and I appreciated her devotion to Cara and her bravery. I really liked a lot of the side characters in the book, too; there were quite a few. I won't go into the side stories, but there is one that lends itself to a different genre of sequel that I would LOVE to see happen! Hint: it's at the end of the book.

I rated this book 4.5 stars. I enjoyed the author's writing style and the book's fast pace, but it got a tad chaotic at times. The book has a very popcorn-thriller type feel to it. It's full of action, it's a fast read, and it's just a lot of fun! I read it in less than 24 hours. If you enjoy Freida McFadden, John Marrs, Alice Feeney, or Mary Kubica, then you will probably love this one! Thank you to Poisoned Pen Press for providing this book for review consideration via NetGalley.

After her friend Cara ends up in a coma following a night out with a mysterious man at a club, Natalie is desperate for answers. She lands a job working for his wealthy boss, who just happens to be the same powerful “Man of the Year” Cara was last seen with, and the one Natalie suspects drugged her. Posing as his housekeeper, Natalie quietly observes, gathers clues, and searches for the truth. But the more she uncovers, the clearer it becomes that powerful people will do anything to protect their secrets. After reading Love, Mom, I knew Iliana Xander’s next book was going to be good and it definitely was. Her first one is still my favorite, but this one didn’t disappoint. It’s packed with tension, mystery, and the kind of storyline where literally everyone feels a little suspicious. The whole “rich, powerful man with more money than sense” trope isn’t usually my thing, but once I got deep into the plot, I was hooked. I received an advanced copy of this book and I'm leaving this review voluntarily. All Eyes On Him by Iliana Xander publishes December 2, 2025. Trigger Warnings: drugging, sexual assault (implied), violence, stalking, manipulation, medical trauma/coma, power imbalance, gaslighting, emotional distress

**ARC REVIEW**

He had all the charm. But was he really a monster?

All Eyes on Him had me completely hooked from the first page. This fast-paced psychological thriller is an absolute page-turner — the suspense, twists, and tension kept me guessing and second-guessing every character. Just when I thought I knew where things were going, Iliana Xander flipped everything on its head, and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough.

The writing is sharp, atmospheric, and full of tension — exactly the kind of thriller that keeps you reading late into the night. I was invested in every revelation, every clue, and every dark corner of the “Man of the Year”’s life.

This was my first book by Xander, and it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t wait to see what she writes next.

If you want a psychological thriller filled with dark secrets, unreliable characters, and non-stop suspense, then this one is a must-read.
