Wow, okay let me just process what I’m gonna say.
This book is single handedly the best post DV book I’ve ever read. The FMC is likeable which is rare for me, and let me tell you honey the MMC, wow. I just, wow.
I ATE up the chapter where the ex came face to face with the MMC and it honestly was the best confrontation I have ever read. As someone that has been in an abusive relationship and is now happily married to my own Austin Wells (not so much the cowboy though) this felt so good to read from beginning to end. I didn’t wanna put it down and I can’t wait to forget about it in a few months so I can reread it again. Thank you Bailey Hannah 🙌
