Mary and Sherlock are always fun. In this almost epistolary installment, they are visited by an amateur archaeologist who entrusts them with a rare manuscript. And then she is killed the next day. The investigation is more than Sherlock can resist and they each do some undercover work and investigate the validity of the antiquity.

I liked this one, but I think that the first two were better then this one. The plot was good and the end was decent. The only thing is that half of the investigation was pointless and didn't end up leading to anything. Other then that one big issue the characters were great and its always interesting to see Sherlock and Mary work together.
