Okay, so it’s a stunning nostalgic “Who Dunnit” with a queer cop (conflicted but not in a boring way) and it’s lovely. This book has it all: 70s Commune, recluses, inheritance drama, lesbians, art and serial killers. If you enjoy just a good mystery, read this book! Characters are interesting, without being too broody, and there’s two storylines here worth the squeeze.
