Let's get this out of the way. I cried. I cried a lot!
The final installment of the Maddox family (makes me so sad saying that) is one intense, heartfelt, unapologetic mastery by Jamie McGuire.
In my use of unapologetic, she has created this universe with these characters, that are so different in personalities, some I do not like at all, and yet they are so vital to the story. Some characters I just adore, and they were there in this story ever so brilliant and funny, and super intense. Did I mention this book is intense? This book took me A MONTH to finish, I could not bare the loss of a character, and each chapter that I finished, I was like oh crap they are the one that will die. Oh crap, nope they are the one that will die, and on and on... I was in pure denial to end it, which is what caused the hold up. But it is a beautiful piece of work, I must say. Like geez, this was amazing, yes super sad, but a brilliant story, that I am sure was hard for Jamie to write. I remember watching her blogging and social media, seeing her tear drenched face as she finished the last chapter, because yes, she felt what we felt.

And I, I just need a hug, and need to hug Jamie McGuire, and thank her for this family and this experience.
