WIOO: Women In Olive Oil

WIOO book club is a virtual place for women in the olive oil community to come together, share experiences, and grow — individually and together — through the common link we already have: olive oil. In this case, we do it through books.

We meet quarterly. Everyone has a say in what we read. There is no pressure to be an expert, finish every book, or arrive with the “right” opinion. Whether you loved it, hated it, or were not quite sure what to make of it, your perspective is welcome.

Our conversations are open, casual, curious, and nonjudgmental. We read to listen, to exchange what we know from the grove, the mill, the kitchen, and the market, and to contribute to the advancement of women in this work and beyond it.
