Welcome to Maryjenn and Friends!

Members:

• read one novel a month
• send monthly RSVPs
• attend in-person meetings in the evening of the fourth Thursday of each month (even if you didn't finish the book)
• avoid polarizing topics (such as politics, moral controversies, and alienating speech/posts)
• attempt to limit cost by mostly picking novels found in the library or as cheap used paperbacks
• have fun

Once or twice a year, we create the hosting schedule (which can be modified as needed) as well as the book list for upcoming months, which can be found on the Club Message Board. The host picks the novel for that month and provides light snacks/drinks.

Note: Anyone not attending their first meeting by six months as a member is automatically deleted from the site (unless you contact us for an extension).
