Maryjenn and Friends

Members commit to:

• reading one book a month
• sending monthly RSVPs
• attending in-person meetings in the evening of the fourth Thursday of each month
• avoiding polarizing topics (such as politics, moral controversies, and alienating speech/posts)
• attempting to limit cost by picking many back-listed books found in the library or as a cheap used paperback
• having fun

Once or twice a year we create the hosting schedule (which can be modified if necessary) and the list of books for the upcoming months. Host picks the book and provides light snacks/drinks.
