Hi! I'm Lexi! I'm 26, and I've decided I wanted to make a new, in-person romance book club for those in the Inland Empire area in California!

ABOUT THE CLUB

This club will be what I'd like to call a "reverse book club". There is no set book that we'll vote on to read. Instead, we will choose our own romance book (whether that's contemporary, romantasy, dark romance, etc). The point of this is to allow readers to choose a book they're interested in, and not feel forced to read something specific. The only requirement here is that you like romance!

PLANS

During the meetings, members will share what romance book they chose and try to persuade others to give it a try and read it (or stay away from it!). Think of it as "book pitching". This way, we can share book recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS & RULES

• Be within 20s/30s age group
• No conservatives/MAGA people - I want this to be a safe space so I'm not including right-wingers
• Be respectful of other readers opinions about their books, don't be toxic, etc.
• Be able to meet up in the Inland Empire area

This will be a safe space for women, LGBTQ+, POC!
