Sl*tty Smut Bookclub

Sl*tty Smut Bookclub was created in December of 2024 by me, Kenzie! Created with hopes of catering to a broad group of friends who like all things smutty and spicy, while also finding representation in books that are so often skipped over in your average book club.

In this club, Kenzie wanted to find reads with the representation of all of us (ex: LGBTQIA+, POC, Disabled, Bodies of all sizes) and books showing different relationships that are often presented in such taboo lighting that it doesn't deserve (ex: poly, trans, disabled & able-bodied relationships). While also encouraging reads that are out of your usual element.

Every month we plan to host three different reads:

1) a "regular" smutty romance that can work for those of all tastes (ex: no long trigger warning list, or darker themes) voted on the month prior.

2) a "themed" read. (ex: for December we added a Krampus erotica short read that may not be for everyone) voted on the month prior.

3) a "dark" romance of some sort. (ex: Mafia, Paranormal, Monster, etc.) Again, voted on by the club the month prior.

You can read all three, choose one or just skip it all together. There is never any pressure in this club to read, read quickly or read at all.

But I think this group has the potential to have such an amazing sense of community and friendship. Just from our first meeting, seeing people connect organically and click was a true highlight of my year.

We will host the majority of our discussions, polls and book announcements here on this platform. So whether you're a Houston local or not, you can join our club and read along! Feel free to invite friends from anywhere that need some good smutty reads and a bad*ss group of friends!
