Not Just a Book, Club started with a simple frustration: the best conversations about the books we love were happening in comment sections instead of living rooms. We wanted that back.

We're a Raleigh-based book club that meets the first Wednesday of every month. Our baseline is romance and fantasy — the genres that got most of us hooked in the first place — but we're not precious about it. As the club grows, so does the reading list.

Every meetup pairs the book with something to do: a themed game night, a creative project, trivia, whatever fits the story. It's never just "sit and discuss" — it's an excuse to actually hang out.
