Silent Book Club - Houston Chapter

I like to meet new people and learn about what they like to read too! BUT there was too much pressure in the book clubs I tried out. I was too old or too young, I read too far ahead or I would DNF a book. I also found myself not really connecting with others. Ok, so I can be awkward, it's the social anxiety. Ok Ok so back to it. I began to think, " HEY!!! I know what we need here in Houston, a no-pressure book club"! A "come as you are", bring your current read, and chill book club. Mood reader? That's ok. Into only romance? that's cool. Wanna do a book swap? Lets!!! All Ages and stages are welcome but please 18 and up only because I plan on meeting in places where we can have coffee but also places where we can brunch or have an adult beverage.
