Mountainside Mutts book club

Our club was started in January 2023 partly as something for people to do in the long, cold, Vermont winter. We try to meet on Wednesday evenings every 6 to 7 weeks. Titles so far have included Temple Grandin’s “Animals in Translation”, Suzanne Clothier “If Bones Would Rain from the Sky” Mary Roache “Fuzz” and “Braiding Sweetgrass” - Robin Wall Kimmerer. We are a relaxed club - no hard and fast rules. Come even if you haven’t managed to finish the book. Contribute as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We try to give everyone a chance to choose a selection. While currently we are predominantly women, we embrace diversity and truly welcome new, engaged members however they identify.
