Cyberpunk Reading Group (CPRG)

Howdy,

Glad you stopped by to gander. I’m Kane, the admin of this club. I’ve wanted a convenient and compelling excuse to meet new people and dive into cyberpunk literature, so here we are.

A quick note on terms: “cyberpunk” here means the literary genre, not the TTRPG or video game franchise (which are still good regardless). Think Neuromancer, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, or the manga behind Ghost in the Shell. Adaptations like Blade Runner are fair game for discussion too.

The club is brand new. I’m still looking for a meeting spot and posted this to gauge interest before committing to anything. If you’re in, tell me what you’d want to read first and which days or areas work best for you

To be clear, this is aiming to be an in-person club and is based in Chicago.
