Cozy Book Club

Hi. This is a new club, so the first couple of members to join will help set the vibe of the club.

Here is the tentative plan: We read cozy books with a Studio-Ghibliesque/whimsical/magical vibe to them. We read one book per month. During virtual meetings, we discuss our thoughts on the books and play a game like codenames or spyfall at the end. We could also do something where we draw/paint our favorite character.

After the first couple of members join, we can plan out the club more in depth/ make changes to the plan mentioned above based on how initial members would like to run meetings. We can also come up with a reading guide of questions so members have something to think about while reading to help them better process their thoughts and make it easier to engage in conversation during meetings. We will also edit this club description together at that point because we will have a more solid understanding of where we want to go with this club.
