We love trying our hand at an Ottolenghi page turner, but we also know when to admit defeat. When there is no contest, we make a resy. Foodies, let's obsess about the latest cookbooks, chefs, cuisines, restaurants, bakeries, kitchen gadgets, ingredients, techniques...But let's also not stop there.
