NYC: Conversations on the Classics 📚

Howdy! This book club is a space for NYC-area readers who want to read and discuss (primarily) Classical novels together.

Meetings are once a month at Tompkins Square Park in the East Village and we chat about our thoughts, the book's themes, and big-picture takeaways.

We choose our next book at the end of each meeting, so come out if you have suggestions!

I was inspired to create this group as some of my favorite parts of high school and college were book discussion sessions of novels like Things Fall Apart and 1984, and I realized that there's still so many highly regarded works that I've yet to read!
