Well, well, well… the last revenge plots I’ve read remind me that sometimes it’s best to just let karma do her thing 😆
You’ll Be Sorry is told mostly from Amelia’s POV, flipping between past and present. In the past, we see how she met and fell for her too-good-to-be-true ex—and all the hell that followed. In the present, we find out just how far she’s willing to go to get her revenge.
Listen, Amelia deserved some payback, and I was READY to see some suffering on the other side! But… umm… girl. 😭😂
This was a good, quick listen that definitely kept me wondering, why would you stick around and endure all of that?! But for the sake of the story, I rolled with it because I was invested in seeing how everything would unfold.
And what an ending it was! Honestly, Amelia might as well have tossed that magazine in the trash the moment she saw her ex and kept it moving. Girlfriend was out here making impulsive decisions and moving SLOPPY! 😆 Revenge clearly was not her ministry.
Overall, this was entertaining and kept me curious enough to see it through to the end. The narration was pretty good too and made for an easy, engaging listen!
