Nicely done. I loved the collab between John Green and David Levithan, how they each wrote a Will Grayson and switched chapters. I was wondering what the twist would be. I liked Tiny and Will and Will and Jane as characters, as people. I still have trouble with the angsty teen thing (weird, since practically all I read is teen fic) but as time went on will grayson got less obnoxious and more realistic to me. It all folded together nicely and it ended super positively, but sometimes you need that, I think. Plus, sometimes John Green (despite my gigantic nerd crush on him) can get a little preachy and overblown, and I think cowriting really reigned him in to that perfect authorial place. I really liked this book. 5/5 would recommend.
The two different writing styles threw me at first. But after reading a few chapters I got used to it. It was a nice change. It added a little something extra to the reading experience.
I love the idea of two characters meeting in the middle. It shows how small the world can really be. Every where you go, you have the opportunity to meet someone that will forever change your life.
I have passed this book on to so many people, everyone should read a John Green book. They are fantastic, and this one is no exception.

I. Loved. This. Book. Will Grayson is awesome. And so is Will Grayson. And Tiny Cooper is my freakin' hero.
I admit, I wasn't so sure at the beginning. I liked the first Will Grayson (by first, I mean the first narrator in the book), but the second Will Grayson was a real downer with his serious, clinical depression and his generally pessimistic and pissed off view of the world. But both of them drew me in. I wondered briefly, at about halfway through the book, "Where is this story going?" Mostly, though, I just enjoyed the journey. And ultimately, that's just where the story went: on a journey. A journey through the dangerous territories of love, friendship, and growing up.
I also loved that the parents in this book were supportive people to whom their kids could turn. The parents' appearances were sparse but real and important.
I loved the overall theme of love--how love and truth are connected, how love is so much bigger than who you want to have sex with.
I just loved this book.
