Story told from the Horses perception, from being bought by a stearn farmer whose son and the horse have an unbreakable bond - to the horse being sold to the Army and fighting on the Western front - to the boy, now a man reunited with the horse on the battlefield. The horse is to be used for a farming horse, sold at auction. An old man witnessed the kindness in this special horse and uses his own money to reunite the horse forever with the young man. If your son or daughter loves horses this would be a delightful read for them.
