Unexpected Christmas with the SEAL

Whitley touched on topics such as suicide (mentioned, but didn't happen in story), being alone during holidays, not wanting to ask for help, but it being available, and men serving their country. That is a lot of topics packed into a novella, but she did it with grace and threw in some snazzy chickens at the same time. I love Whitley's writing style and how the world's all intertwine, so we can see our favorite characters again later. The only thing I wish was for it to be a full-size novel so I could get more of their story!
