Tonight the Streets Are Ours: A Novel

Recklessly loyal. That's how seventeen-year-old Arden Huntley has always thought of herself. Taking care of her loved ones is what gives Arden purpose in her life and makes her feel like she matters. But lately she's grown resentful of everyone--including her needy best friend and her absent mom--taking her loyalty for granted.

Then Arden stumbles upon a website called Tonight the Streets Are Ours, the musings of a young New York City writer named Peter, who gives voice to feelings that Arden has never known how to express. He seems to get her in a way that no one else does, and he hasn't even met her.
Until Arden sets out on a road trip to find him.

During one crazy night out in New York City filled with parties, dancing, and music--the type of night when anything can happen, and nearly everything does--Arden discovers that Peter isn't exactly who she thought he was. And maybe she isn't exactly who she thought she was, either.

Honestly, at first, I rate the book about 3 out of 5 for the first half cuz i found it boring and nothing to highlight or think about (・∀・) If you like to read a daily life routine, maybe you gonna be fine with it, but for me, I found it boring and repeatedly until the next part (*^^*) The next half of the book, it started to have new things to read. Other than just boring routine, it started to move to 'main plot', which is interesting to read p(^-^)q The plot finally has some obstacles and more emotion expressed that is more interesting than the first half For the ending, honestly, not bad, and I think I prefer it this way rather than get pushed into 'something' (*´-`) Overall, it's not bad to read, but for me, it's not what I'm gonna reread or even rush to get ( ・∇・) The rating increases because of the next half only, so if anyone wanna read, I much prefer them to just skip the first half ( ´ー`)
