This novella paints a vivid world in just a little over 100 pages. This is something that will be my go to book recommendation for horror in the next few months, and one of my favorite things I’ve read this year. Additionally love the motif of the comfort blueberry pop tart.

I did really like this book. I just think it deserved to be longer to give the world building more of an emphasis. I felt I was getting lost a few times, however I did listen to it instead of reading it. This could be a good movie or a video game.
