Very sweet and smoking hot. Loved the characters and how angst and upset was handled. Lacey is one of my go-to romance authors. I always end up enjoying the experience of reading her books. I like them all to varying degrees. View of the Top has made it to my re-read list.
The story was cute, but I feel like the plot was predictable and could have easily been put into any other title and the outcome would have been the same. Has your typical family drama, midlife job crisis, new relationship prospect complete with third act break up and subsequent make up. It was a quick and easy read, but in the romance world it could easily get lost. There was nothing that stood out for me.
