The Varsity Dad Dilemma

When Lex Martin comes to the table with a story to tell.... SHE COMES TO PLAY!!! This book had me on such a rollercoaster that I am still feeling the effects (even though I finished it last night!!!) Rider and Gabby are everything.... but even more than that, the people they are surrounded by are all fiercely loyal and extremely entertaining. Other than the storyline with Gabby and Rider, you get to see Gabby getting closer to people in general, which is something that she is NOT something she does lightly. The relationship she has with her brother is strained and she has no idea why. That was very frustrating to witness because he would keep her at arms length (or even push her away all together) but then wants to get all up in her business! This girl obviously has a serious fear of abandonment. Then there is Rider.... who is a cocky dude who still never thinks he is good enough. Honestly these 2 make a FANTASTIC team! The friendship they built, the trust they have in each other that they don't extend to many people, and the love they share for Poppy! All of it had me swooning with just about every turn of the page! If I could give this book more than 5 stars I totally would! And I am so in for this world.... I need to see what happens with the other guys on the team! I need to know what happens with Sienna! FLOVED THIS BOOK!!!! And I am totally ready for more from this world!!!
