I would give it an 9.5 if I could. I think this was my favorite of the series, and I feel like it closed it well. I will miss the Athena Club and its members but I thoroughly enjoyed these books!
They are back and this time, itâs Holmes and Alice they have to save from Aliceâs mother and none other than Moriarty, himself.
The people from Catherine's circus are back and there is some love blossoming between some of the characters.
Iâm sad to see this series come to an end but I think it was time. My favorite moments are when Catherine Moreau breaks the fourth wall and the growth we see in Diana. We also start seeing Mary isn't seen as perfect, and we are all fine with that.
