The Screwtape Letters

The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis is a classic masterpiece of religious satire that entertains readers with its sly and ironic portrayal of human life and foibles from the vantage point of Screwtape, a highly placed assistant to "Our Father Below." At once wildly comic, deadly serious, and strikingly original, C.S. Lewis's The Screwtape Letters is the most engaging account of temptation--and triumph over it--ever written.

Such an enlightening book! Really good read!
Set in the vibrant tropical surroundings of the Pacific, The Lieutenant’s Nurse is an evocative, emotional WWII story of love, friendship and the resilient spirit of the heroic nurses of Pearl Harbor.
It was very hard to read and understand. I only read 15% before I quit.
One of the funniest, most interesting books I have read in some time.
Easier to read than some of his other stories but overly simplistic in theme so not that rewarding.
Also left wondering, to what afterlife do failed devils go?
