Sometimes I wonder if I'm too hard to please. Here we have a book that's funny, smart, engaging and moving that I greatly enjoyed and yet somehow I'm left feeling that it could have been better. Stranger perhaps, darker, more complex, whatever IDK. Still, it passed a couple of days pleasantly and maybe I should just be happy with that - not every fishing trip can be Moby Dick.
