I really enjoyed this short, self-published novel that takes place in the 1970âs. The southern setting drew me in but I thought the characters could have been developed a little more, especially Blanche. I liked the changes in Ora Leeâs character over the course of the book. Thought provoking.
Doing the best you can and learning as you go. This is what we learn from these characters. Definitely a lot of mistakes were made but how to go back and do it better? Thoroughly enjoyed.
