Smart & Entertaining, though with an abrupt ending...though it felt accurate for the pages preceding it.
Really a collection of disparate essays that Klosterman failed to bring together in a unifying fashion. As Klosterman notes, readers will come to the book differently if they lived the 90's in a meaningful fashion (I did!) versus others for whom the 90's is but history.
So, it was fun to re-live a lot of these moments, Ford Bronco highway 'chase' anyone; and I am glad to have read the book. But, much like the 90's themselves I didn't see the poi...read more
