Smart & Entertaining, though with an abrupt ending...though it felt accurate for the pages preceding it.

Really a collection of disparate essays that Klosterman failed to bring together in a unifying fashion. As Klosterman notes, readers will come to the book differently if they lived the 90's in a meaningful fashion (I did!) versus others for whom the 90's is but history.
