Peter Pan: NSFW edition.
This is basically Peter Pan fanfic.
I'll never be able to watch the movie again.

I thoroughly enjoy re-tellings, the darker the better. This retelling of Peter Pan is not for the weak and had some intense scenes. Pan had his shadow taken and he knows one of the Darlings did it. Every Darling on their 18th birthday gets kidnapped by Pan for answers to where his shadow may be. Every Darling either returns completely mad or doesnât return at all.
The sexual focus in the book is intense since Winnie enjoys sex and uses sex to get what she wants. So when Pan kidnaps Winnie on her 18th birthday, she uses sex to get what she wants to save her mind from being broken. Once you get past Winnie thinking of banging every Lost Boy, the story does have an actually decent plot. As far as the characters go, you either love them or hate them, and there are definitely some morally grey characters.
If you like your fairytales dark, with adult content (reverse harem, enemy to lovers) then youâll love this book. At only 195 pages it was a quick read and kept my attention the entire time and I will quickly read through the series.
