I enjoyed this book more than I expected. The grand plot is okay, the Lion's character as a vessel to explore it...wonderful. I didn't go in loving dark angels but it really makes me want to pick up the lion and convert some Fallen. Ancient knights, swordplay, and power armour! Those who have fallen... And might be redeemed.
