The Hill We Climb: An Inaugural Poem for the Country

I cried like a baby when Amanda Gorman presented this poem at the inauguration of President Biden. I'm so happy to have a copy on hand to come back to again and again.

Reading it again today brought back all the happy and hopeful feelings I felt the day I watched her read it.

Beautiful Words from a Beautiful Soul

This book is such a quick read, but I loved it!!! I’m so grateful that this book exists, just because it gives us access to Amanda’s inaugural poem in a different medium. She is such an inspiring young lady, and I can’t wait to see what she does next. Definitely one to watch!

Such a short read, but gosh it goes to your soul. Plus, I like having a physical thing to remind of Gorman’s illuminating reading at the 2021 inauguration.
