Honestly, what a wonderful read. Sodergren’s writing reads so smooth, especially smooth in “The Haar”. It’s a unique story with a lot of heart, featuring plenty of horrific scenes to keep horror enthusiasts satisfied. I wasn’t expecting to connect to this story as much as I did, but man, I fell in love with Muriel. I was expecting a full-blown body horror story, and I’m so glad that Sodergren went the direction he did, since it turned out to be a truly wonderful story. Definitely recommend.
