However, if you're seeking tightly plotted fiction or evidence-based spirituality, the book may feel underwhelming or overly didactic.

Read this book 3 or 4 times now. I like to revisit it every year or so. Its a fictional book talking that gives a story about a journey but the way it unfolds and talk about energy and how to use it is real. Highly recommend
