I was right in the same boat recently — trying to choose between Avail and TenantCloud. Avail definitely looks cleaner and simpler upfront, but after digging into both, I found that TenantCloud offered more flexibility, especially for future scaling. If you’re serious about growing your rental business or want to automate more without hiring help, TenantCloud might be the better move. There’s a comparison article that helps you learn more about how each one stacks up — pricing, features, and ease of use. It breaks it all down really clearly. I found it super helpful when trying to make a confident decision.
