I am very interested in the topic of Akashic records, but I feel like this book is not serving the right audience. Someone who is far along enough in their spiritual journey to be interested in these records would most likely know much of what this book teaches - common breathing, meditation, environment cleansing techniques - and therefore it doesn’t dig deep enough for those wanting to know more about the records and how to access and use their teachings. Kind of an odd disconnect.
