Elle Wren Burke’s newest series continues with a plucky heroine, found family, and the cutest familiars. I adored the scenes with Kinley and Midnight, and her lowering her walls to Ryland in. The fairy wedding traditions were nicely thought out and added to the magic of the book. Kinley already has impressive magic with her bibliomancy, and her new power is very intriguing as well. We get a bit more information about her mother as Kinley discovers the liminal spaces and secret passages in her new house. I can’t wait to read more in this wonderful new world.
